Plant identification

Hi Gerry, I am hoping you can identify the plant in the photo. Its pale yellow flowers have just appeared. The leaves have a lovely scent when they're rubbed. It has woody stems. If I know what it is hopefully I can take care of it. 080620161, , Posted: 20/05/2017

It looks like a shrubby salvia. It has suffered some winter damage but should grow out agin soon. Plant it in a sunny spot, or if in a pot, water and feed occasionally.
