Problem with tree fern

I had a new tree fern planted in January. Unfortunately I was away for 2 weeks during recent dry spell & all the ferns wilted! I have watered well & new ferns are growing Should I cut away old ferns & should I feed now? 180920161, Dublin, Co Dublin Posted: 24/05/2017

Continue watering each week until there is good new growth.

Tree ferns do not need feeding, just a good mulch of decayed leaves to keep moisture in the soil.

Leave the dead fronds to offer some shelter to the new leaves.
