Recently PeterW posted a photo of Colocasia gaoligongensis showing the fab leaves. He kindly gave me a plant a couple of years ago and this year it produced a flower/spathe.

The leaves are still quite small but it has sent out runners so I will have babies to try in various conditions.

Lily Casa Blanca my very favourite lily with such a wonderful scent. Have these plants for a long time. It used to grow very tall  but in pots is shorter . It is putting on a great show this year. Lovely to sit next to it and have a cuppa!!

Gorgeous Lily and the garden is looking great. Peter has also given me a  Colocasia, but no flowers yet and mine is in a pot.

Love the Colocasia, Elizabeth. Great foliage. Does it need to be taken in during the winter?

Love your lovely Lily but do beware the dreade red lily beetle. They slaughtered all my many turkscaps this year!

The Colocasia looks quite exotic, Elizabeth, and that is a beautiful lily.  You have the seat well positioned to enjoy it.

Oh those lilies look fabulous. Will you leave them in the pots to die down? I have my gorgeous L Kushi Maya and L Prescott Pink in pots and I'm not sure should I lift and store the bulbs or just leave them in pots and maybe feed them for next year?
