Mairin, just wondering if you have tried the labels outdoors. I have an old manual one and the adhesive lifts if used outdoors. Looks good value if used in the greenhouse.

Pat, the labels come out with blue backing on them.  When the blue backing is pealed off, the sticky behind it is very sticky.  If you put it on to a label stick without any bubbles in it, it is next to impossible to get them off.  I have them out in the garden and considering the amount of rain that fell, the only ones that are showing any wear are the ones that had a bubble when sticking them on but even at that, they still aren't off.  The bubble has got a bit bigger but not enough to put your little finger under it and lift the whole lot off.  The ink hasn't faded on any of them.

Pat, tell Barbara that she could also use it for the print on 'homemade christmas cards'. Ha ha. She'd go for that. No need to hide it. Cheek!!!!!!!!!!

Very good Jacinta, she is bad enough, she might think she has a cottage industry going.

Now that is an interesting one! Im always looking for permanent labels! Might be a bit late to write to Santa???!!!!

And what is so wrong with that, Pat? Tell her if she is looking for a partner, to let me know. I can see where she is coming from. I used to do a bit of that myself. And anyway, it's all about reduce, re-use and re-cycle!

I got one of them in Lidl last year when they were on offer - €15.99 that time - and I find it very very useful. Definitely recommend it.
