hi does anyone know much about this plant. i am sowing seeds of it, and it says it is a half hardy annual, so i was wondering if it is brought in for winter and protected would it keep going.

Which Pennisetum is it? Most are tender perennials, Michelle. You would need to protect it in winter. More than in a cold greenhouse as that is where I've lost mine before. I am growing it as an annual this year.

Pennisetum glaucum then. I grew them last year. Very tender. I wish you luck with them as I was a bit disappointed.

I grew ''???????? fountain'' last year from seed, very disappointed, have one piece in the shed to see if it will come back, not hopefull at all really, I just love giving things every chance possible.
