feeding the birds

while i was shopping yesturday i picked up three feeders for the birds with some peanuts, hadnt done this earlier in autumn so felt bad because i usually do. not great when it comes to id of birds. it was great to see them feasting until rio comes out and scares them away. i also have two other feeders on the other stand. mulky dull, misty and just plain yuck here today, starting to get windy again.

must pick up some compost, i have a few more primulas, and a white and pink discentra seeds to sow and they need a period of cold  that i can grow and i want to get some cabbages, brocolli and cauliflower started, wont do any other stuff yet

the computer froze so i didnt get a pic done

I think the birds are thankful for this mild weather.

Watching the birds feed is a lovely way to spend time. It's great the way they flock to the feeders.

I feed the birds all year round and they are going mad in my garden I counted 14 Greenfinches this morning on the sunflower hearts and three pairs of Bullfinches now. It is lovely to spend time watching them.
