Heather, do you remember you sent me a cutting of Iresene (wrong spelling, please correct me)?

This is growing well, but is just one stem and is about 12 inches tall. Can I lop off the top half and root this, and insert in the same pot to 'bump it' up?

Well done, Jacinta. Yes , i guess you could and then you could pinch out the top of the new part. I usually start them off again in Spring as mine tend to lose leaves because they dry out at some stage. Not sure of the spelling, something like that!

I'd say wait until it's growing to pinch it out. they root easily in water.
