Glorious evening!
Tough day in work. Got in, kicked off the boots, poured a drink. Off this weekend, Wahoo! Watered and fed everything this evening. Cut back veronica 'spicata' and hoping for a fresh flush of flowers. I just love its intense blue colour. Planted out (finally) some poppy seedlings 'Shirley mixed' and planted up a new small frog planter with purple trailing verbena. Tomorrow I hope to do more in the front. I have a contorted hazel (Corylus avellana) in the back which I am hoping to transplant, another purple foliage plant for contrast and winter interest with the twisted stems.
Home alone tonight, just chilling, and listening to the melodic voice of Mary Black and an oul' drink or twoooooooo!!!!!!!!
