Hope you had a good time. The weather here has certainly taken a turn to being cold since you went on holidays. You'll have to adjust, more clothes.

The garden will be fine.

Michelle, there was very little sunshine to bring back. I always thought Lanzarote was one place that sunshine was guaranteed. Sadly, that was not the case this time round. Lanzarote seems to be effected by climate change too.

Jacinta sorry to hear the sun did'nt shine we've gone to Lanzarote and Gran Canaria and found Lanzarote much more windy and exposed which is nice in balmy July but not so good in December!!

Bill, the sun did shine, but there was way more cloud than sun. The first week, we had about 5 days of rain, on and off. 

Welcome back! Sorry the weather wasn't all you had hoped but hope the break did you good.

Welcome back, pity about the weather but a good break had all the same I'm sure ;-))

Fran, for once the bad weather didn't get me down. It gave us the opportunity to go on lots of long walks, so even though it was a holiday, it was also a good leg-stretcher - something which I am usually very reluctant to do.

The second week wasn't too bad :)
