First lilies, today
zingy look to those, we will replace that bloody sun somehow,!
Will it ever clear up again. Went to Woodstown today for a walk and it was foggy and misty. It will take a week of dry weather before we can get working again in the garden. Mary
I agree with Mary but to be a gardener you first have to be an optimist so hang on in there. It has to end sometime.
Lovely lilies but it's hard to enjoy the flowers when it's too wet to go out and see them.
Oh I hope it stops soon, it's very hard to be optimistic when it just goes on and on.
The colours of those Lillies is enough to inspire any gardener to keep going!
That is a great colour. We'll be back, fear not!
Where would we be without Hope lovely Zingy Lilies
No watering to be done, I'm trying hard to be positive!
Lovely and bright looking.
In my experience it takes approximately half a day of sunshine for us to totally forget all the nasty rain - in my garden for the first time I am having some success with ferns so that's a real silver lining :-)
Ha ha Hazel, at this rate, it'll take us at least a month to forget. Great news about your ferns. You have some NICE ones too. :)
Hazel I'm exactly the same, five minutes of sunshine and I'll soon forget the weeks of wet weather. I've the memory of a goldfish. :-)
Super lillies :-))
