Lithops

02 August 2012 21:25:05

Lithops, otherwise known as Living Stones, is a succulent. It has lived in the greenhouse most of its time here and usually has the shelter of a cold porch for winter months. Over the moon today when I spotted its first flower after its arrival here three years ago. Happy Days.

Is that all the plant on the pebbles.? Its fantastic, now on my wish list. BTW just as well we say over the moon, at least its not the sun, we know what the moon looks like. LOL.

You know in the Bible when it rained for 40 days they called it a disaster, we call it summer.
