You never know with plants whats going on below the soil. There's always something to surprise us.
Totally agree I wouldnt throw the dead ones out (hope its not too late) I kept all of mine in the bathroom and even the one I thought had died pushed up a new shoot.
No Gismo, I have kept every one of them so here's hoping !
My cannas are tough as nail, surprisingly. I have them outside in a large pot, and wrapped them well in fleece up until just over a month ago. Now there are about 7 sprouts coming up (from the one that I have last summer). Prosperous!
