Clara / Rachel, sorry no help. I recognize the plant all right, but do not know the name, I think that is what I said to you Clara, the day I saw it.  ;-((

It is a lovely plant though.

I just looked up my past journals and on May 5th I put it up and it was Froach who put the name up it is Lamium sorry Fran you did comment on it

It is lovely but as said before it takes over and now I am watching it I will put some more in pots for anyone that wants it ok

I haven't seen the golden lanium (nettle family) before but I know that the ordinary lanium spreads madly, so perhaps you should contain it in a pot before planting in the ground?

Similar to the peppermint herb Clara,a fast spreader.

I am pulling out in lumps from my garden. Mad thing!!!

You know, Clara, I am very happy to have this plant. I remember my mother used to have it. And, yes, it did run everywhere but she loved it. Thanks for that memory.
