I thought this was dead and when Fran was visiting some time ago beady eye spotted some growth and was I happy as this is in this same spot for about 20 to 24 years still gives a great flush of beautiful flowers and this year I have to take some cuttings.

Beautiful! Looks like "Brutus"  - one I have but may not be. Do you know the name and is it completely hardy outside?
