I put this up last week with one flower open.

So today all 3 are out I had to use an old wire hanger to keep it in place .

Got a little gardening done I planted my new tree Acacia which I am delighted with as I went for a walk after and what did I see only Acacia tree and so big nearer to the beach then us and people kept telling me it will not survive Oh I hope I am right sowing it . But time will tell.

I always wanted one as  our Daughter had a beautiful one.

Just googled Acacia and there it was growing beside the sea, lovely tree and should do well in your sheltered garden.

If it's acacia dealbata you mean Clare I have good news and bad news.  The bad is that I lost 7 or 8 mature mimosas over the two bad winters.  The good, I suppose is that they are re-sprouting from the roots, however where they were I need screening and as they're not fit for that purpose if they're going to die back in freak weather I'm going to finish them off.
