Fran I was sitting in the sitting room and thought I was hearing things as the hailstones were coming down the chimney .

Wow, it missed Wexford. Lucky us. A wet old day today though.

Missed it here in Cavan too, a little drizzly but nothing too bad.

Fran you know some plants might be actually tougher than we think :-) not sure I'd have survived outside this winter !

Mad wind in Balbriggan...  spoilt our plans to finish assembling the greenhouse today...    :-(

No hail up in Monaghan but sort mizzly and a very sharp wind it's always surprises me how lots of plants bounce back regardless of what gets hurled at them.

Was a lovely here all day. No rain or hail to complain about. Hope everything ok.

Plants are just amazing the amount of rough weather they can take at this time of year!

For such a small Island, we get a mix of weather that's for sure.
