Listening to a Class Act

Terra Nova

Tonight I had the great pleasure of listening to Plantaholic, talking with such excitement and love for plants that I realised I am only a minor player in the wonderful world of plants.

Deborah, was speaking to the Foxrock Garden Group. The talk oozed of Deborah's passion for her garden and it's beloved  and well cared for residents. It was also apparent that this is a major team effort between Deborah and Martin. It was informative, educational and most of all very entertaining.

Rachel and Ishtar travelled from Wexford, Myrtle and Clara were there, along with Noelfitz who I met for the first time.

A great night, from start to finish. Thank you, Deborah and Martin for a truly entertaining night.

Much more interesting than the final debate by the party leaders -  wish I'd been able to attend as sounds as though it was inspirational.

Fran you said it all and it was the most beautiful talk I have ever been at and the silence in the hall was enough to know everybody was just in awe with the talk and the slides so beautiful.  Thank you from me also to you both if Deborah and Martin are anywhere near your area go to it you will not be dissapointed Brilliant or as Martin says  Gosh!.

Having attended a number of talks given by Deborah, I have to concur.  Each one has been informative, with ideas and inspiration a plenty.  It is as you say Fran very much a team effort and each time I have come away having been both educated and entertained.

A brilliant evening. Just home now. The only problem was taking notes in the dark!

Thank you for all your support. It was quite daunting to speak to 200 people at once, but was a great comfort to have friends there. You are the best!

Would love to have been there, any plans for visiting the Midlands?

It certainly was an evening worth going to! Deborah gave a very professional, informative talk and beautifullly illustrated with photos and kept our attention not only with unusual plants but with a great sense of humour and fun and loads of enthusiasm. I bought a little auricula which will remind me of a very nice evening. Well done Deborah!

HI Ladybird, no invitations from the midlands! But the Tullamore garden club is coming to visit our garden in late July if that is of any interest to you :) Ladygardner, I have been to Waterford a couple of times, so they are probably sick of my voice by now....
