Glorious Sky
Have done no gardening the last couple of days due to work and the severe frost, ground frozen solid, pond a skating rink again with the ducks having to make do with any little patch that defrosted in the sun. Freezing fog has been lingering until lunchtime although today was bright and sunny. Went out as the sun was setting to take some photos I love the ever changing picture have put up a series of photos in January Sunrises Sunsets, the reflection of the sun on the icy pond are my favourites. Although there are bulbs peeping up there is very little in the way of colour and having seen all the photos especially of Mary and Paddy's garden I am going to have to seriously rethink my planting to have some winter colour. It's going to be another cold night here fog dropping cann't see much happen in the line of gardening tomorrow other than a bit of removing dead growth.
