Another beautiful day after a heavy nights rain no garden time till late this afternoon due to work, had a wander round the garden with the camera more iris are shining out in the NW corner giving a welcome splash of colour lots of bulbs pushing up but other than iris, snowdops and crocus no other spring bulbs have shown their faces. The hellebore Niger is improving everyday, further along the creeping forget me not has started to flower, with luck tomorrow will be another good day as there is so much to be sorted including some serious work in the kitchen garden but before I tackle that job I need to finish lifting plants from the east bed. First job on the list for tomorrow though will be to pot up the dahlia tubers lifted from the flower beds, I have removed all the damaged sections will just have to wait and see if they shoot again also need to pot up the Nerine Bowdenni bulbs lifted and generally tidy up the tunnel inside and out.
