Amaryilis Bud Appears.

Amaryilis Bud Appears

One of my Amaryilis has just produced a bud overnight by the looks of it. I'm sure I looked at it yesterday and no sign of anything. The other one still looks as though it might produce some leaves but it's very slow but I'll keep hoping for a result.

They don't do it to suit us, do they? Fine big flower head ont hat one.

That looks like its going to be a big flower. Wonder what colour it will be. Yesterday I planted an amarylis bulb and some paper white daffodill bulbs that I got for Christmas.
