On the hunt for dinner
After the fantastic weather up to the 28th the rains returned and with it the flooding and raised water table. On Wednesday the weather had improved and late afternoon there was a flock of blackbirds on the forage for dinner. I'm assuming the worms had come to the surface out of the water bad luck for them.
