Surely if they're not rotten in the central furry bit, they will come back! Spring will be just a bit later this year.

Rachel, do you think that a kind of bubbling, fermenting sludge in the crown of the plant might constitute rotten? If so then that more or less includes all of ours :(

I just figured that the cost of a tree fern more or less equals the cost of a meal out for the two of us. As we are both vegan now, meals out are a thing of the past. Sooo it seems to me that I need to be compensated for my loss, and what better a way than to get a few new tree ferns. Martin, are you listening?
