The sun makes such a difference to photos. I usually pop out with the camera when I see it shining. Not that I'm suggesting those super tulips need sun to look good!

Beautiful! Do you know the name of these tulips? I think I have the same ones, but I didn't plant them, they have been there ever since we moved in, nearly 6 years ago... I have a photo of them in last April's journal, I'll need to photograph them again, they are just open now.

They were suposed to be orange tulips. So the label said and orange was the colour that we wanted for that spot. However we think that chance did us a good turn.

Light and shade is wonderful beautiful to brighten up any garden.
