hi honey. wish you were coming to donegal with deb. you can use  the cast to scare of the heron, just threaten him by saying,, look what happened the last bird who came this way!!  hi to deb too.

Ha ha feverfews brill comment! Sorry Deborah I realise you mightnt quite see the humour. So glad the cast is coming off. Do you now wear a boot for a while. I had to until things were fairly normal again. If your leg is very swollen do be careful re too tight fitting boots. I stupidly gave myself an ulcer in one evening by using an ill fitting or too well fitting shoe.!
