Beautiful. Looks like Laburnum.

He resorted to the calling-it-by-what-it-looks-like technique! Iti s Stachys praecox, a large shrub which covers itself in these lovely tassles of flowers.  Needs a bit of space to be appreciated.

Touche, I will have to be the one taking notes now.
