I know what you mean it can be very frustrating. Still the garden does need rain from time to time -- preferably at night!

I read a book this week written over a hundred years ago and even then they talked of the strange weather that was so different since they were young, and my mother who is very old says that every year people say this. The weather is aways weird, so one has to trust in God and luck. I wish you well Diana. :-)

Weather is certainly changeable but be grateful we don't have some of the horrors from other parts of the world, weather is the most common topic of conversation I think.

Beautiful in Dublin this afternoon, when I got home to Kildare it started to rain and was very cold as well. So frustrating.

Weather sure does come in strange ways Diana.Not to far from here today it was more like a touch of autumn.Lovely when the sun appeared.Managed to get all the grass cut this evening,so weather wont upset plans there at least.

ye irish as so funny about the weather, i think you are obsessed with it, hehe.  people often ask me how could i move from SA's lovely weather to here, but nobody can change the weather, so no point getting miserable about THAT then, is there...  i love the different seasons, i love the spring and summer and i love the winter too, wish for thicker snow most of the time, would love to go tobogganing with my wee goosie!!
