Wildflower Meadow.
Working with the children at our local school in the Spring a wildflower meadow was planted. Each child spread a handful of seeds and four months later the result has been great. Not the 16 varieties the of flowers the seed packet promised. Mostly Chamomile and Corn Marigold with a scattering of Poppies and Corn Cockle. Meadows like these are a great help for insects as their natural habitats decline. The pic shows Andy strimming an access path for the children to walk among the flowers.
