This site is so quiet.
It is really odd.
I think it is quieter than in the winter of 2009/2010.
Is everyone too busy in their gardens to write?
Yea, I was just thinking the same.
Surely they can't be still weeding!!!!!
What the heck is going on?
Maybe they're on 'Slug-Watch'. That's Spider's fault!!!!!
Spring is the time when we do the most gardening work. So why is it so quiet?
Maybe everyone is waiting until summer to show the pictures of their immaculate gardens!
What are you looking to buy at the Rare Plant Fair on Sunday, Jacinta?
Well, I am photographing mine, warts and all! I hide NOTHING!
You are very honest. I hide plenty : )
Nothing in particular, Rachel. Have to see what's on offer. You?
Well, I am under strict instruction not to spend money since the recent tree fern purchases but...
I want a Romneya coulteri and I want a Lotus berthelotii and a Bird of Paradise and a Helichonium and...
I will be claiming that these are all presents from you lot, my garden.ie friends : )
Well this journal entry is not quiet, more like a host of fisherwives ( that should get you going) I had to go to a birthday party , just back. Where's Fran
Hahaha! Very funny journal and comment thread. I just came back from Tralee. Got a few days off work. yeay. So I'll make some 'noise' soon. =)
Fran was trying to get a word in now and then, but the fishwives had the site clogged up............... :-))
You mean, Fran, you couldn't type fast enough? Or hit the 'Publish it' button. Aw god love you. Poor pet! :)
Rachel, just for info,i find Romneya in Johnstown g/c (online),,20 eiro ,it new, last year it wasn't there.
Fishwives indeed!
Thanks, Liga. Bill said there's somewhere selling Romneya for €6 at the Fair tomorrow. Will take a look. I'm not paying €20 although I do have many ideal spots for the plant.
Tell me about Romneya, Rachel.
If you see, tell me too, where it is.I have little seedlings, but i want big plant:))
Work keeping me off this site - not my garden. But can't complain as there is the bloody recession on. Beggars can't be choosers.
