We had an absolutely fabulous day at the National Garden Centre in Kilquade today.

I was so impressed at the entrance to the gardens to see a magnificent alternate beech, copper beech hedge.
This is exactly what I am trying to do along my drive but I'm a few years behind their magnificent specimens.
I got the idea from a picture in a book.
