Annual Border & That Hardy Orchid

Dactylorhiza maculata 'Kilmarnock'
I continued the planting work on my Annual Border.
That makes 273 plants put into that border so far and it's a bit more than half full.
I put a nice Carol Klein type 'wave' cutting from front to back with the squirrel grass.
I put out plenty of the slug pellets tonight as the little blighters seem to love the Coleus and are quite partial to a spot of Petunia too!
I noticed my hardy orchid, bought form Terra Nova, is in flower. I guess it may come into fuller flower in a few days but I wasn't prepared to wait so I snapped it today. It is really beautiful.
Here's the list of what I put down today:
| No. of Plants | Genus | Species | Variety |
| 21 | | Coleus | blumei | Black Dragon |
| 28 | | Petunia | grandiflora | Mirage White |
| 6 | | Petunia | x hybrida | Strawberry Sundae |
| 3 | | Ricinus | communis | Carmencita |
| 41 | | Schizanthus | pinnatus | Hit Parade & mixed |
| 32 | | Zinnia | elegans | Envy Double |
| 47 | | Hordeum | jubatum | |
