We were extremely lucky with the weather. The rain held off all the way through the party (just one or two drops). We had Joshua's birthday party completely outside, eating and playing games on the grass.

Just after everyone had left and the table was cleared and we were about to move the table back from the garden to the greenhouse - did it finally rain.

Definitely lucky!

looks like you had a lovely day, you were blessed with the weather, it's been raining here now quite a while :(

It's been raining here now quite a while too, Gismo. We were really blessed.

No, Michelle, good kids - every one. The only glitch was that they started off by scaling the hill. Well, they had been allowed to do that last year - before I planted it. I just told them to come down and they were grand. A few balls went into the flower beds but that's a daily occurrence anyway.

Glad you had a great day. I'm sure Joshua will have some brilliant memories.

Nothing like a good 'home' party with goodies and games..great that you got the best of the day too.

Parties are so much easier outside with no rain, pity my crew were born in November!!! The long for a bouncy castle, I have a horrible confession Rachel, my 'Agapanthus' has turned into a carex !! must have dropped some of the grass seed in there when planting up, no need to be jealous after all. On the plus side found 4 ricinus seedlings in the ground (I'll put your name on one)

My Sam is February, Bill, for the first few years we celebrated his party in March/April. Can't get away with it now though. Sorry about your aga seeds - I was wondering what I was doing wrong...
