They're Coming

Tulipa 'Carlton'

My tulips are definitely coming.

I gave the straggler, 'Prinses Irene', a watering today to hurry her along.

Other than that I fed my Lonicera hedge, my copper beech semi-circular hedge and the long privet hedge on top of the cliff.

Then I set to clearing. Nearly finished! Now what else was on my 'to do before Open Day' list?

Looking fabulous Rachel; great to have space for so many, they make a lovely show. And don't work too hard before open day, we want you to be able to relax and enjoy it with us.

Im already beginning to tweeter with excitement- cross between peter and twitter-only used for big occasions! Im sure well see a blaze of beauty and i bet the tulips will be good as well!

Rachel I think if i was you i would pull up a chair or a blanket and sit and enjoy this beautiful masterpiece you have created it is stunning and that is before Irene graces us with her presence enjoy over the next day or so in the beautiful sunshine
