As per the recent Belvedere meeting, garden.ie is now on Face Book...
Thanks to Olga for noticing first.
definitely not getting in to Facebook as I already spend too much time on this site!
I agree Myrtle but if it brings a few members from facebook then all the better.
You've probably got the right idea!
Great work from the IT team at Garden.ie though... following up on ideas fast is very encouraging isn't it... will have to have a look!
the only draw back is you have to be on facebook to view or use it. I dont mind too much because I am on it anyways. But this website will defo be my main point of contact, I love reading everyones journals.
I wouldn't bother if you're not already a member, Liz. I much prefer this site to Face Book anyway and spend far more time here.
Im not a member of face book either and much prefer this site. As Gismo said its lovely reading everyone's journals.
I don't think that facebook garden.ie page is a rival! But why not - if there are so many pages of different societies, why not garden.ie? I think it is a very good idea.
