Hagstones

Hagstones

Hagstones hang from a Salix Tortuosa over a mown path.

Hagstones are stones with hole in them that one can find near water.

The story goes that if 7 stones are threaded together, swung around the head, 7 times, then a curse may be uttered...!!!

I would hasten to add...don't try this at home and the curses might emanate forth from oneself having been struck!!!
