boys are fit but a woman of your age needs to be very careful !! dont forget what happened to me when i started to exercise !big daughter looks wonderful . brst of luck to her in her exams

Cheek of U.Not nearly as old as you. Intend to do 10 minutes a day on trampoline for the next week- if it doesn't kill me before then. I will be positively body beautiful or dead by Summer. God I never thought it was such hard work !!!!!!!!!!!!!

ha ha it looks like there was fun all round. Sometimes the bigger the kid, the more fun they seem to have. Looks like hard work too. I think you get enough of a workout in the garden. U deserve a break. Hopefully not with a bone, though. Ha ha. Old age brings on brittle bones.

cant stop laughing, but would love to have ago am sure it will be up when we come over, it wont hurt as much when we,ve had a few drinks?? uuu its the morning after though??
