Yesterday my sister bought me a beautiful Viburnum Mariesii - snowball. It is in flower and looks great. It is out on the deck under the gazebo - something may as well get use of it as we sure aren't. Got up this morning to unbelievable hailstones. So I am holding off planting it. Anyway  not sure where best to put it yet. So for the moment, I am just enjoying looking at it out the kitchen window. Better than planting it out to have it wrecked- I think!!!

Down here Monica it never quit between rain and hailstones. It was around 3.30pm that i feared the worst.I taught the clouds above crashed and it pelted down for a solid half an hour.Indoors was the only answer all right.Lets hope it does fall when needed.

Sounds lovely. I have recently become a convert to Viburnums - they are fabulous.

The rain never stopped here in dublin either. I didnt think we could ever get as much rain as we did last year. I was wrong.
