Hi, me again. just looked at the photos of your parents garden. Obvious where you both got your love of gardening. Could not help noticing the prominence of Dierama, one of my favourite plants. my original one belonged to an old aunt who lived just outside Arklow. When she died ( about 30 years ago) I dug up some of this dierama from her garden before the house was sold. I still have that original plant and have given family members bits of it. two years ago I bought a white one and then lo and behold there at bloom this year were several variations. In spite of firm resolve not to purchase any plants landed home with not one but three small dierama of varying shades of mauve/pink including a dark one called blue belle. where am I going to put them?? its a problem being a plant collector when you have no space
