The denizens will be getting worried! Two whole days-and very pleasant ones. wewent down to Dunbrody and Tintern Abbey today and tomorrow is already planned. But I went out dutifully this am to get a better shot of the Rhodo for Hazel and a better shot of the new box circle. They aint great but they may give an idea! the view of the box cicle is looking down from the rockery-you can just about make out the tiny box plantlets but they will be much bigger in a years time.

I love the Hook Peninsula. My Dad's mother came from there. Did you visit the Colclough Walled Garden? The box circle looks great.

I love the Box Circle. Saw your other journal earlier too. You have done a great job and what a lovely area that is too.

Enjoy your break and I hope the weather is kind to you too.

Would you just look at the shine on the rhodo leaves.  You must have been out polishing them, or perhaps Cherub Lute, there in the background?, got down off his perch and attended to the job?

The circle parterre is perfect.  A wonderful tree in the centre.  This one is at the top of my wish lust.

That view of the circle really shows off the tree to advantage - and the box hedge is DEFINITELY visible LOL
