About my garden: My American US Zone 7 garden is in a "transition zone," where we can grow both cold-weather plants (Peonies) and warm weather plants (Canna). However, Hebe, Callistemon, etc. would be grown in a pot her and protected over our cold winter. look forward to hearing from you about the beautiful gardens in Ireland.
More about me: I live in Washington, DC, but visited Ireland in September 2008. It was a wonderful trip. Your milder climate allows for a much wider variety of plants. Look forward to visiting again soon.
