About my garden: my garden is on half acre and is very exposed and windy, but it has magnificent views over the river slaney. i enjoy growing exotic plants from seed or cuttings . we had a ginormous sycamore cut down from a ditch between us and neighbour which gave me more space to cultivate. i have planted it with pampas grass x 2 acrinodendrum ,not doing so well, a weigelia a pittisporum a minature cherry tree a varigated holly and some grasses i grew from seed. photos to follow at some stage 5 extra people here for week end . so i will spend all my time cooking. have planted 2 melons some peppars and angels trumpet in greenhouse ,all doing well.bought clipped box ,2 spiral and 1 sphere in lidls yesterday fantastic value! need to pot on into nice pots. next doors cat was ruining a new bed i made . a plastic bottle of water has worked wonders! never goes near it now. so give it a try if you have the same problem. my son says i have not given tony any credit for all his hard work ! he keeps th
