About my garden: This is a good sized garden which slopes steeply away from the house. Facing West, the back is wide open to the light and is mainly grass at present. I only have a few plants down and I want to take my time to bring the garden on; I want to work it and to let it evolve gradually - that is where my satisfaction is and, I hope, will continue to be found there.
More about me: I am new to gardening or at least I am new to taking it seriously. I am living here three years but have done very little so far. This year I will have more time on my hands and I want to use it to develop the garden. I think there could be a good gardener in me because it has taken this long for the interest to emerge.
