About my garden: I have 2 acres, some in little woodland areas, some marsh, lots of lawn. I have very little in the way of flowers or herbacious stuff as my primary concern was to establish privacy and shelter.
Nothing in my garden is more than 13 years old as this is when I built the house. Money was and is scarce so most things were planted as bare root small plants but I have some nice shrubs and trees too.
I am only now at the stage where I can say I have the bones of a garden and am ready to add the pretty things. I have such a lot to learn and am finding this site a great help.
