About my garden: I am trying to design our garden from scratch (not on a hugh budget!), I want to have a big perennial area full of BIG colour. I want a shady area for my gunera, hostas and ferns. I particularly love tree ferns but not sure if my garden is sheltered enough to plant one in the ground but I am going to try this year if they have pulled through our -12 conditions!
More about me: I am a keen amateur garden who has gone from a tiny tiny garden to 3/4 of an acre, it is going to be my new work in progress for the next 10 years (or life time!), I am married with three children who are being taught how to weed!!!
