I have some apple and plum trees in my garden. Every year the bees eat all the fruit. What can i do about this problem?

These are wasps rathe than bees. All you can do it to pick off and bury damaged fruit as this attracts them.

When you see some wasps, go out in the morning when it is cool and they are less active and remove the damaged fruit. Be careful not to get stung.
