Can I do anything to restore this bitter, red, very dry rhubarb.It’s been like this since I moved it from another part of the garden. I’ve added lots of manure but it,s still the same.

This sounds like it has not settled and still suffers root damage. It should sort itself out if the soil is good with the feeding. Water it during a dry spell. The ground it is in might be a bit too dry.
