Planted a few years, ground not wet, 10% of leaves are yellowing and turning rusty. Remaining leaves are perfect. Can you please identify what may be causing this. Photo attached showing the discolouration.

Those symptoms are somtimes caused to trees by uneven growing conditions, especially drought, which there was earlier in the year. This can trigger low-level deficientcies and this is possibly a shortage of the nutrient manganese. Apply a liquid of Miracle Gro or similar completel plant food and see if it settles.

Sometimes older leaves are robbed of nutrients in favour of younger leaves, during periods of rapid growth, especially if there is a slight shortage.
