I bought chill pepper plants from Mr M. Mary St There are no flowers hence no peppers The plants are about 2 and a half feet high now

They have grown well, with lots of feeding by the look of them, and often this puts off flowering.

 Ease off watering, but not dry, and do not feed anymore.

They need more light, lots of sunshine, and they look to be outdoors, which is not ideal in a cool summer such as this, as they really need a greenhouse to flower and give fruits.
