egyption tree onions

I had Egyptian tree onions in a veg garden some 20 years ago and would like to know where i could find some more . I have tried a lot of garden centres but to no avail. If you could help me I would be greatful.

The Egyptian tree onion is a form of onion that produces bulblets at the top of the flower stem in place of flowers or sometimes with some flowers. They ae generally quite small.

This is not an item that is sold in garden centres and is generally passed on by other gardeners. Try local garden clubs or the discussions here on Garden.ie
