What are the best flowers for the month of May,and when is the time to plant them,as i have a communion that month.

It is very difficult to time flowering for a particular date as weather can bring things forward or push them back by a week or more.
You could try some spring bedding with wallflowers and late-flowering tulips. such as lily-flowered types.
