What can I start growing in my garden at this time of year as in fruit and veg?

The season is pushing on now in the thrid week of August but there are a few things that can be sown, such as rocket, mustard greens and spinach. You can plant autumn onions set, if you can get them, and some spring cabbage plants in September.
Fruit trees and bushes can be planted from pots any time, or bare-root in November.
